Fosbery Model 1903, 455, 7.5  in.  Barrel, Target, Small Frame, 3478.

Blue finish is largely intact and sharp.

Grip area showing some transition to brown.

Fluted cylinder.

Bore is bright and sharp.

Checkered Walnut grips have a small chip in the upper right grip.

Left side of frame is marked with the winged bullet and 455 Cordite.

Right side of the frame is marked with the serial number.

Top of the barrel is marked P. Webley & Son, London & Birmingham.

This gun is in outstanding condition.

The oak case is used but, in original condition. There is a blank brass escutcheon on the lid. It is lined with blue baize and has a leather case handle added for transport. The maker’s case label shows dents and oil staining. Accessories include a wiping rod, screwdriver and pewter oil bottle.
