This is a rare and desirable variation seldom available in such fine condition. The finish on the gun and grips is virtually flawless. The bore is clean and sharp showing micro imperfections under strong light.

The stock is very fine, with intact finish and the random dent. The leather is rich looking and completely supple with all stitching intact. The harness contains a buckled pocket for a spare magazine spring. The spring shows light surface rust which is remarkable for a component which has spent 130 years encased in leather.
